Charles Carroll Walcutt, February 12, 1838 to May 2, 1898. Born in Columbus, Ohio. During the Civil War, Walcutt helped raise the 46 Ohio Volunteer Infantry (OVI). In 1862, Walcutt was promoted to Colonel and took over command of the 46 OVI. Also took part in the March To The Sea.
