John Galbreath - Sunset Cemetery

John Galbreath was born in Derby, Ohio in 1897. For baseball fans, he will be known for owning the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1946 to 1986. While an owner, the Pirates won the World Series in 1960, 1971 and 1979. They also suffered some of the worst won-loss records in the 1950s. 

Galbreath was known for his building contracting. One of which is 1 Nationwide Plaza in Columbus. Galbreath was an avid horse person. Two of his horses won the Kentucky Derby. Another horse won the Belmont and Preakness.
