Daniel Tipton next shows up with Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday during Earp's Vendetta Ride. After that in 1897 he was arrested in El Paso for possessing forged Chinese immigration papers. After his conviction he was sent to the Ohio Penitentiary in Columbus, Ohio. He died 4 months later of Bright's disease.
