David Graf, born Paul David Graf is best known as Tackleberry in the Police Academy movies. Graf was in all 7 movies but wasn't in the live action series. He was born in Zanesville, Ohio. Graf graduated from Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio in 1972. He dropped out of Ohio State University in 1975 to start his acting career. In 1979, Graf appeared as a contestant on the $20,000 pyramid where was teamed with Patty Duke.
David Graf appeared as Sam the butcher in 1995's the Brady Bunch movie.
Graf died in 2001 from a heart attack.
